School Description
As a community we hold ourselves accountable to each and every child’s success, present and future, by creating an accessible platform for critical thinking and problem solving. We will meaningfully interact with the content to better understand our world. We will analyze and reflect on our learning to better understand ourselves. Vision
Johnson Elementary School will become a landmark for new education precedents. Through this development of a learning landscape a new height of education will be sought through physical, social, and cultural interactions. Furthermore Johnson Elementary will become a landmark to its surrounding communities to give opportunities for outside users.
Goals
- To create a landscape that allows a place of learning through physical interaction and creative play.
- To create a landscape that allows a diversity of activities that will provide opportunities of multiple plays.
- To establish the playground as a landmark of physical and social interaction for the surrounding communities.
